Registration

1) Services Offered

The Website provides Users with various types of visual content, including vectors and illustrations, photos and images, PSDs and Photoshop files, vector icons, video content and recordings (with corresponding audio) in any format, as well as specific information related to this content.

The Services include content owned by the Company (“ilikegraphics Own Content”), content owned by third parties and offered through the Website (“Collaborators Content”), and third-party content that is not free of charge (“Sponsored Content”). Sponsored Content is clearly marked and identified in the search results. Ilikegraphics Own Content and Collaborators Content are collectively referred to as “ilikegraphics Content” and can be downloaded through the Website.

2) License Agreement for ilikegraphics Content

The Company grants the User permission to download and use the ilikegraphics Content.
The Company and its licensors retain all rights to the ilikegraphics Content that are not expressly granted to the User by this license.

As long as the User complies with these Terms, the Company grants the User a non-transferable, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license, valid for the duration of the relevant rights, to download, use, and modify the ilikegraphics content on a device owned or controlled by the User, solely for the purposes and uses allowed under these Terms.

a) Does not use the ilikegraphics content (in whole or in part) in any trademark or as part of a trademark, or in any other manner that may be used to guarantee or imply a guarantee of any product and/or service, unless the ilikegraphics content is altered in such a way that it becomes new and distinct content that is not confusingly similar to the original ilikegraphics content or is used solely as a template or test and not as a final product or material.

b) Does not use the ilikegraphics content (including any associated caption information, titles, keywords, or other metadata) for any machine learning, artificial intelligence purposes, or technologies designed to identify natural persons.

c) Does not use the ilikegraphics content in any manner that might be considered defamatory, libelous, obscene, immoral, or illegal, including but not limited to, uses that portray any person depicted in the ilikegraphics content in a negative light or in a manner they may find offensive, such as in pornography, advertisements for escort services, political endorsements, or birth control products.

d) Does not use the ilikegraphics content to slander, libel, or vilify any person, race, sex, culture, sexual orientation, religion, country, region, town, village, or any other place, or any other human group.

e) Does not resell, assign, transfer, or sublicense the ilikegraphics content or any work derived from it.

f) Does not use the ilikegraphics content in printed or electronic items (such as t-shirts, cups, postcards, birthday or greeting cards, invitations, calendars, web models, electronic devices, apps, NFTs, video games, advertising spots, audiovisual animations) intended for resale, where the ilikegraphics content is the primary element (due to its size, importance, or any other reason; if there is any doubt whether the content is the main element, it will be considered as such).

g) Does not participate in collective utilization;

j) The ilikegraphics content must not be utilized in a way that implies any form of affiliation or endorsement by the Company or the Website.
